Terms and Conditions
Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver orders within the following time frames:
- Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days Australia-wide, including most country areas.
- Extended Delivery: 7-10 business days for WA country, far North QLD, and most areas of NT outside Alice Springs and Darwin.
- Dispatch Time: Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for dispatch.
Note:
- Bulky items cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.
- Loss in transit must be reported within 10 days of the estimated delivery date (ETA). Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted by the carrier or our insurance.
- Any reports of non-delivery or damages must be submitted within 10 days of ETA to qualify for investigation.
Returns and Claims Policy
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or you encounter delivery issues:
- All claims for damaged, incorrect, or non-delivered goods must be reported within 10 days of the ETA.
- Claims outside this window will not be accepted.
- For damaged or incorrect goods, you may return items in unused condition in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Important:
- For bulky or special delivery items (e.g., furniture), additional delivery fees and conditions apply. Refer to the product description for specific details.
- Please carefully check your order before submission, as cancellations or changes cannot be made after processing.
Order Acceptance
- Each order is subject to acceptance by Advanced Disability Supplies.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or if we cannot contact you using the provided details.
- If an order is rejected after payment, a refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- We are not liable for delays by your financial institution in processing refunds.
Once accepted, each order forms a separate and binding agreement subject to these Terms and Conditions.
